The Old Kent River Wine Club is how we stay in touch with our wine lovers and reward them for their ongoing loyalty. With your support, we can continue our passion to remain ‘hands on’ making the best cool climate wines from our rocky gully vineyards. In return we offer great club benefits and we simply ask that you take two shipments initially and to retain your membership one shipment per year thereafter.

You can choose which wines you prefer, or select one of our pre-mixed cases. Feel free to change your wine for each delivery, it is your choice.

We ship twice a year, once in October/November [Summer] and another in March/April [Winter].

Contains 6 x 750ml bottles, a mix of reds and whites from across our range.

-Farmers Dozen // twice a year // FREE freight
Contains 12 x 750ml bottles, a mix of reds and whites from across our range.

-Red Dozen // twice a year // FREE freight
Contains 12 x 750ml bottles, only our best red wines for the red wine lovers.

-Choose your Own // twice a year // FREE freight
Select 12 bottles of your favourites and mix & match till your heart desires.

Complete the form to receive all the benefits and purchase wine at member prices! We will call you to welcome you and take any initial orders you may have.
Then, we will email you a few weeks before the next shipment to advise dispatch dates. You can then change your wines and update your details if required. 




F A Q 
When will I receive my wines?   Deliveries are scheduled for March/April and October/November each year.
At least 3 weeks prior to your next delivery, we will email to advise you. If you are going away on holidays, just let us know so we can either send your wines early or delay the shipment.

I have selected a pre-packed option; how will I know which wines I am scheduled to receive?   
A few weeks before dispatch is due, an email detailing the wines will be sent to you.

I am not going to be home at the estimated time of dispatch?  
Please advise us of a more suitable time to ship your wines.

How much is the freight charge on the six pack? 
$15 in Western Australia and $25 for all other states. 

My cellar is full at the moment, can I skip this delivery?   
Depends on your initial purchases, please call our Cellar Door Manager to discuss your options.

I got your email, but I deleted it, what happens if I don't respond? 
If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are happy for us to ship wines.

By joining the Old Kent River Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
  • Agree that you are making an ongoing commitment to purchase two deliveries of wine initially, excluding purchases made upon joining. To retain membership benefits, at least one delivery per year thereafter.
  • You may cancel your membership and deliveries after the initial two deliveries.
  • If you wish to cancel before the two initial deliveries a $50 cancellation fee applies.
  • By joining the club, you will be added to our communications database to receive emails [about upcoming deliveries and news] and if we need to, call you by telephone.
  • You provide us authority to debit the nominated credit card prior to dispatch of each delivery.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to update contact details and delivery address prior to dispatch of wines. You will be responsible for any extra freight charges incurred with recovery and re delivery of wines sent to an old or incorrect delivery address. Any delivery errors on our behalf will be corrected at our cost of freight.
  • Stock availability, wine prices and these terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Membership benefits and discounts are subject to change without notice. Members will be notified of changes where the changes may result in significant perceived disadvantage to the member.
